Surprisingly robust, paper makes excellent summer hats and their smooth surface lends well to applying surface prints and even for painting onto! These capelines are a little tricker to block, but are perfect if you are practicing or wanting to test out a particular shape before blocking the final capeline.

This capeline is ivory/cream in colour.

Paper can be stiffened using straw stiffener or a PVA glue solution.  

Capeline measures:
Flat measurement from crown tip to brim: 33-35cm (13-14 inches)
